🧴 Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every Honeydewy product is lovingly handmade in small batches by me (Bella!) and my amazing fiancé. This small-scale approach allows us to ensure quality, freshness, and intention in every bottle or jar that leaves our hands.

⏳ How long will it take to receive my order?

Because we create products in small batches, please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info via email. We appreciate your patience—it helps us keep our products thoughtful and fresh! 💛

📦 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of skincare products. All sales are final, but if something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please refer to our Returns & Shipping Policy for next steps—we'll always try to make things right when we can.

🚚 What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

Once packages are handed off to USPS, Honeydewy Skincare is not responsible for lost or mishandled mail. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can help. If your package is lost, we recommend filing a claim with USPS.

📮 What if I made a mistake with my shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, email us within 24 hours and we’ll try our best to fix it. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

🌿 Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

I started Honeydewy because I also have sensitive skin! Every formula is thoughtfully crafted with gentle oils and botanicals, but everyone’s skin is unique. Always check ingredients before use and perform a patch test, especially if you're sensitive. Coming soon, there will be an option to purchase sample sizes of products to help customers make choices on products that work for their skin's needs. 

🧪 How do you choose your ingredients?

I choose each ingredient with care—always researching their skin benefits and testing how they work together. Some favorites include:

  • Cloudberry Seed Oil – Rich in vitamin C, it helps brighten dull skin and boost elasticity.

  • Tamanu Oil – Naturally anti-inflammatory and soothing, it supports healing and calmness for sensitive skin.

  • Blueberry Seed Oil – High in antioxidants to support a glowy, balanced complexion.

Every product really does feel like a fun little potion, and I love the alchemy of skincare!

🐾 Do your cats help make the products?

Not quite—but they sure try! 🐱 My four cats—Momo, Oscar, Izzy, and Missy—are my in-house "quality control" crew. Oscar, in particular, loves to sneak in and "type" while I'm working. You might even catch them doing the occasional "smell test" on social media. 😹 But while crafting and packaging products, they aren't in the room to ensure cleanliness and sanitation especially if any customer has cat allergies.
