Returns & Shipping Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, transaction fees are non-refundable to both Honeydewy Skincare and the customer.


Damaged Items
Honeydewy Skincare is not responsible if a customer accidentally drops or damages their item(s) after delivery, and we are also not liable for any injuries of any kind.
We take great care in packaging your order with love and intention, but understand that accidents can occur during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of the USPS-marked delivery time.

Lost or Damaged Packages During Transit
Honeydewy Skincare is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged once they’ve been shipped. If your order is mishandled or goes missing due to USPS or another carrier, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping service.


Wrong Item Received?
If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can fix it.

Returned Packages Due to Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order — including apartment, suite, or unit numbers. Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.

If you notice an address error within 24 hours of purchase, email us immediately so we can attempt to correct it. After that time, we cannot guarantee any changes.

Our formulas are crafted with gentle, skin-loving ingredients — but everyone’s skin is different. Please review each product’s full ingredient list before use. Honeydewy Skincare is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We always recommend patch testing before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin.
